　　你以前是否了解本公司?为什么应聘本公司?

　　强调该公司在行业中的地位，自己的兴趣和日后的发展前景，切忌只强调该公司的福利待遇。

　　一般的单位都能理解毕业生同时应聘几家单位的事，可以照实回答。同时最好能说明自己选择的次序。

　　你找工作最重要的考虑因素是什么?

　　工资、福利之类可以在最后“顺便”提到，整个面试过程中千万不要多次提到，如果事先已有大致了解可以干脆不提。结合你正在应聘的工作，侧重谈你的兴趣、你对于取得事业上的成就的渴望、施展你的才能的可能性等方面。体现你是把工作放在首位的人。

　　结合你正在申请的这份工作来谈。如果你表现的性格与你正在申请的工作有距离，可以从两种工作的共同点来谈，但切忌言过其实。

　　你希望在本公司哪个部门工作?

　　如果必须做出选择，可以谈你的意见及理由。如果只是一般询问，可以谈你的想法，或可侧重谈你将会努力工作的态度。

　　你认为你适合什么工作?

　　结合你的长处或者专业背景回答。也许单位是结合未来的工作安排来提问，也许只是一般性地了解你对自己的评价。不要说不知道，也不要说什么都行。

　　生产成本的会计分录

　　业务链法：所谓业务链法就是指根据会计业务发生的先后顺序，组成一条连续的业务链，前后业务之间会计分录之间存在的一种相连的关系进行会计分录的编制。

　　例如这样一条连续的业务链：原材料采购-材料入库-生产领用原材料-产品生产完工入库-产品销售-结转已售产品的成本-结转本期产品销售成本，在这样一条连续的业务链中所编制的会计分录具有如下的特点：即前一笔业务的借方科目是下一笔业务的贷方科目，依据这样一条规律，为学生系统掌握会计分录的编制提供了一个较好的处理和记忆方法。附本业务的会计分录如下：

　　1、借：物资采购应交税金-应交增值税贷：银行存款等

　　2、借：原材料贷：物资采购

　　3、借：生产成本贷：原材料

　　4、借：库存商品贷：生产成本

　　5、借：主营业务成本贷：库存商品

　　6、借：本年利润贷：主营业务成本

　　“产成品”和“库存商品”是一回事，新准则下用“库存商品”科目。

　　生产成本的账务处理方法

　　(一)基本财务处理

　　为了核算企业进行工业性生产所发生的各项生产费用，包括生产各种产品(包括产成品、自制半成品、提供劳务等)、自制材料、自制工具以及自制设备等所发生的各项生产费用，企业应当设置“生产成本”科目。该科目的借方反映所发生的各项生产费用，贷方反映完工转出的各种产品、自制材料、自制工具以及自制设备等的成本，期末借方余额，反映尚未加工完成的各项在产品的成本。

　　为了分别核算基本生产成本和辅助生产成本，企业还应在“生产成本”科目下，分别设置“基本生产成本”和“辅助生产成本”两个明细科目。“基本生产成本”明细科目核算企业基本生产车间为完成企业主要生产目的而进行的产品生产所发生的生产费用，用以计算基本生产的产品成本。“辅助生产成本”明细科目核算企业辅助生产车间为基本生产服务而进行的产品生产和劳务供应所发生的生产费用，用以计算辅助生产产品和劳务成本。这里要注意，为辅助生产所提供的劳务仍在“辅助生产成本”明细科目内核算，因为它不属于独立的劳务提供活动，这与后面要讲到的“劳务成本”科目的核算内容是不一致的。在这两个明细科目下，还应当按照成本核算对象开设明细账，账内按成本项目设专栏进行明细核算。

　　企业发生的各项生产费用，应按成本核算对象和成本项目分别归集，属于直接材料、直接人工等直接费用，直接计入基本生产成本和辅助生产成本，属于企业辅助生产车间为生产产品提供的动力等直接费用，应当在本科目“辅助生产成本”明细科目核算后，再转入本科目“基本生产成本”明细科目;其他间接费用先在“制造费用”科目归集，月度终了，再按一定的分配标准，分配计入有关的产品成本。

　　(二)生产成本核算过程中应注意的几个问题

　　1.企业应当根据本企业生产的特点，选择适合于本企业的成本核算对象、成本项目及成本计算方法。

　　2.需要单独核算废品损失的工业企业，可以在“基本生产成本”明细科目下设置“废品损失”明细科目，以归集和分配基本生产车间所发生的废品损失。

　　废品损失包括在生产过程中发现的、入库后发现的各种废品的报废损失和修复费用。上述废品的报废损失，是指不可修复的废品的实际成本减去回收材料和废料价值后的净损失。废品的修复费用，是指可以修复的废品在返修过程中所发生的修理费用。应由造成废品的过失人负担的赔款，应从废品损失中减去。

　　经检验部门鉴定不需要返修而可以降价出售的不合格品，其成本与合格品相同;其售价低于合格品售价发生的损失，应在计算销售损益中体现，不作废品损失处理。产品入库后由于保管不善等原因而损坏变质的损失，应作为企业管理费用处理，也不列作废品损失。

　　3.需要单独计算停工损失的企业，可以在“基本生产成本”明细科目下设置“停工损失”明细科目，以归集和分配基本生产车间因停工而发生的各种费用。这里的停工损失包括停工期内所支付的生产工人工资和提取的应付职工薪酬(福利费)、所耗用的燃料和动力费，以及应负担的"制造费用。如果是季节性生产企业在停工期内的费用，应当采用待摊、预提的方法，由开工期内的生产成本负担，不作为停工损失。
